If you lose your company-issued ID, you will need to visit Access Control located in the Casting building to purchase a replacement ID. Access Control is open Monday-Friday and is closed some holidays.
Please note, you will need to reach out to your work location leaders in order for them to authorize your visit to Access Control. If you are unable to pick up your ID before your shift, some locations, such as the parks, will need to issue you security clearance. To do so, please reach out to your leaders. You may also need to speak to your leaders about clocking in and out.
Please also note, the Disney Service Centers/ Programs Office are unable to provide replacement company IDs.

New ID processes can vary among our locations. If you lose your company-issued ID, please connect with your leader on the protocol to obtain a new ID badge.
